I received the Samsonite Silhouette Sphere 2 garment bag from Amazon directly through the Samsonite company store. Samsonite has promo codes and will even let you double up discounts. At the time of my purchase (4/12/15), I got it down to $240 for a new bag with free shipping. There is no other bag out there that competes with the quality of this luggage piece for the size. You can pack for a week with this garment bag, keep your clothes organized and unwrinkled, and wheel it with the easiest of convenience with the split wheel spinners. And yes, it does tilt and roll in the same fashion as the older inline skate wheeled garment bags so you have the option of wheeling it behind you. Also, the handle is sturdy and raises and lowers easily. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this because of the price but after you do you homework on garment bags, if you want a decent sized one that is durable and reliable. This is the one. *note* this garment bag is too large to be a carry on. Also, at the time of this purchase, it is available in black only while the other bags in the Samsonite Silhouette Sphere 2 series have other color options.
