I went with my gut and ordered this. I am about to become a mental health counselor and I really want to incorporate creativity and spirituality into my counselilng. I think this would be a great addition. I may order another one at this price. I didn't realize it was used to clear/clean stones energy as well. I went by what one reader said that it helped her sleep better (I struggle with my sleep). It is not a big piece - you can see it in my hands but it is lovely - luminescent comes to mind. One thing that I heard Selenite is good for is clearing your mind and giving you mental clarity. I think I will hold this piece when I try (again) to do meditation.
