So far so good! I am not sure what the recent reviewers are talking about with the mesh being covered. As you can see in the photos, the entire product is mesh on the sides with a double mesh where the metal bars are. The rocking feature is nice and you can lock it to be sturdy very easily. The bassinet comes w a carry bag and it is very easy to carry and fold up. It is one of the few bassinets with a larger weight limit but it isnt too big where a newborn feels uncomfortable. The mattress is a bit stiff but the baby doesn't mind. The gap may start becoming bothersome as they get older but for a newborn it works great.
