I went to the podiatrist and they said I needed one of these and I didn't purchase it there Because I wanted to try and find it online cheaper which I did and I am so glad that I made this choice the reviews add up they are fairly accurate and they are actually comfortable pretty much for what it is and it definitely isn't uncomfortable to sleep in you can adjust it to however you'd like and you can also cut the strap so it's not overlapping...the quality of the material is also decent for the price!! I am a happy customer so far but I was told by foot doctor that it could take lime a year of wearing this because the bone takes time to reform the shape but it beats surgery...my bunion problems probably came from taking ballet according to foot doc and wearing this splint will help...eventually...maybe I'll post another review after I wear it 4 awhile!!
