This product completely changed my life. I struggled with joint pain in both my knees and back. I have worked on airplanes for over 15 years and have undergone 2 knee surgeries and suffer from degenerative disks disease in my lower back. When I started taking vital proteins I noticed after a couple of months that my joint and back pain have all but diminished BUT the biggest result was I was able to run again. I never thought the day would come where I could run multiple times a week pain free. As well as other added benefits of healthy hair and nails. Love love love this product.
