I took this on a trip to the UK, in the middle of a winter storm with 60 MPH + winds. It DID. NOT. BUDGE. In fact, there were times I didn't open it and have it with me because it would have Mary Poppins'd me with it before collapsing. The *only* con, and it's not even enough to take away from the quality, just something to be aware of, is that it can be difficult to close. Highly recommend overall.
