After seeing the other reviews, I did take a chance on this. Needless to say, I'm VERY impressed! First and foremost: made in the USA! Shelf life (expiration date) is good through 2021, smells like butter and tastes like butter, and goes great on anything including in my coffee! As far as butter powder ratio to a stick of butter, compare nutrition labels. I found that easy to compare! Instructions are very simple and to the point! I also like the companies humor on the packaging (look on the bottom, if you didn't know!) I'm extremely happy with this product! I'll reorder when I'm out!
