Turmeric Root Oil - Dense. Pure. Concentrated. Great Curcumin Source for Reducing Inflammation.
Most of us who take supplements and herbs know how valuable Turmeric is for both inflammation management, and some cardiovascular benefits. The real benefits come through when you combine it with, or use an extract high in Curcumin, the essential polyphenol in Turmeric. When combined correctly, Turmeric and its extract, Curcumin, is a fgreat anti-inflammatory. Can reduce pain. Has been shown to alleviate some signs of depression. Turmeric+Curcumin can also help the body produce glutathione and superoxide dismutase. Antioxidants shown to be valuable anti-aging compounds. Turmeric and Curcumin may even reduce the progression of some forms of cancer. The power to alleviate age-related cognitive decline is measurable. And cardiovascular support through reduction in lipid levels and plaque build-up is incredibly valuable. Reducing or stalling Adult Onset Diabetes also has some good research behind it . Here's the downside: Turmeric and Curcumin have really poor oral bioavailability. Taking pills and oils won't result in much effectiveness at all, aside from some stomach support. But, add Piperine to the mix, and it's a game changer. 10-20mg of Piperine to 500mg of Turmeric+Curcumin, and there is a measurable 1,600-2,000% increase in bioavailability. Oh, and your burps may taste like pizza. Which is fine if you have better quality of life. And maybe a decade more of it to enjoy. If you don't have Piperine, some good black pepper is a decent start. But plenty of it. Don't skimp. But Piperine is better. You can also encapsulate the oil and add Piperine to the finished caps. Easy to take, and more portable, too. A great product. A must for your mind and body.
