I know I got a paper stating I had some warranty but I can’t seen to find it. The bottom came off of my drill, it twists off but you’re not supposed to be opening it. After using the drill for a few weeks I noticed it was loose and I tried twisting it back on but it doesn’t twist back on and still feels loose. I can’t use it because I’m afraid while I’m doing nails the bottom will come off and that’s where the cord is attached to. EDIT: Customer Service reached out to me and are sending me a new drill. They said the drill I had was defective. I didn’t think it’d be a huge deal but I am actually excited to receive the new drill and start using it again. Thank you customer service!
