I wanted to begin by saying the delivery and communication with the company was exceptional. With that said, I received my product which had a full charge, so I was able to use it right out of the box. As for the use, I am partial to use the earbuds that fit around the back of the ear. I find it holds earbuds in place much better when I am exercising. I have tried numerous other that just fit in the ear and most of the time they tend to fall out. Another problem I had with other earbuds is that the ear tips would come off the bud and stay in my ear. My T16 doesn’t do that; I can easily put them on and remove them without issues. I also like that I can use 1 side at a time. At my job I must hear what’s going on around me and with these I can do that. if 1 side runs low on battery, I can just put it in the charger and use the other side (which also helps because sometimes I forget to put them back on the charger at the end of the day). I also like the shape of the case, the smooth design means I can just put it in my pocket and go, there are no bulky square corners to make my pocket bulky. The volume controls are far enough that even with fat fingers I can press each button separately. If I were to change 1 design aspect of this product, is I would make it a little bigger so a USB charging port could be added. this is my opinion and does not reflect negatively on the product. I use a Juul so an extra charging port on the go would be ideal. The best feature I enjoy is the sound. In my opinion it has a nice rich sound. The bass is great but not overpowering. I have another pair of t16’s which I use on my computer, and they sound excellent. The distance I can travel from the Bluetooth source is nice too. I can leave my phone on the charger and do some cleaning and not worry about losing sound quality. As for the sound quality of the microphone, I am told it is crystal clear. The answer call/pause music button is large enough I don’t have to fiddle around trying to find it. I also use these with my Oculus VR. They fit neatly and do not get in the way of my headset. Veatool has definitely set the bar pretty high in my opinion. These are the best Bluetooth earbuds I have used. As long as they keep making this model (or another behind the ear model), I will keep ordering as I go through headphones like crazy. For the price, you get great quality and excellent customer service. Thank you for a create product and I look forward to seeing what you come out with next.
