I’ve been a nurse 25 years and have even worked in wound care. I have knowledge of the best dressings for wound care known to be used for hard-to-heal wounds. Despite this, I found myself having to attend to several inner toe wounds of depth on my own self. I started to self manage daily dressing changes and those wounds made little to no progress. On a whim, I bought this as a wound cleanser after reading the reviews. I was skeptical. However, after using it for only about 3 days I could see a huge difference in speed of wound healing. I had greater granulation tissue and the depth of the wounds has greatly decreased in over a week now of use. Please buy! You won’t be disappointed.
