as a physician i know the importance of staying active and fighting the "sitting" work life !, i pondered and even tried a few under table walking treadmills ( which were 4-5 times more expensive !!) but found it quite difficult to use the computer, dictate and walk !, so when i saw the very elegant deskcise from flexispot i decided to give it a try. it arrived in a few days and i had it ready in 5 minutes !, it has been wonderful, extremely stable, portable, quiet and efficient !, i really cannot find any negatives as it has fulfilled the very important task of staying healthy, focused and efficient at work in between patients . i will be ordering another for home ! in summary this elegant, clean machine is exactly what i was looking for and highly recommend for anyone who sits for work or at home engaged in leisure activities !, it will probably be an xmas gift for some family members as well ! dr s
