I have been diagnosed with Fbromyalgia and anxiety. I've suffered from chronic fatigue, insomnia, muscle/joint pain/muscle cramps, constipation, and felt "on edge" a lot. Over 15 years I tried all of the prescription medications. I also tried many over the counter products, including other forms of magnesium. Doing research on my own, I read about magnesium deficiency once again. (I was very forgetful because I didn't sleep well) I bought this one, and got major benefits immediately. I like to take it before bed, and now I sleep great. Good sleep equals a better life. I can walk normally again without the leg/foot cramps. Now that I can go for walks- I feel even better. I feel calmer because I sleep well. I can finally poop like a normal person, so my stomach doesnt hurt. My daughter is Bipolar, and this helps her too. I have no intestinal upset at all if I it take with food. The pills are big, but easy to cut in half. This product has done what doctors couldn't do-it gave me my life back.
