I received my kindle Friday and spent all night and the next day enjoying it. I was lucky not to have the blue haze problem and the screen quality is unbelievable. It was fast, lightweight, and easy to use. But Sunday morning my kindle would not turn on. I called Amazon customer service and within 5 minutes they had ordered my replacement. Then I received a call today, Monday, from the rep who is supposed to schedule the return of my current defective kindle and he does so very easily and quickly. Then to my surprise he tells me that Amazon is going to give me a $70 credit to my account for my troubles! I was so amazed! It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. I didn't have to go through an automated system, I was able to speak with a qualified, kind, and proficient individual, and I was given a large credit for my trouble with the first one. Thank you Amazon for making such a wonderful product and for having such wonderful customer service!
