Looks like a bowl of hot embers to warm the room! I found out that if I leave it dimmed down to a low level [like a night light] the next morn when I wake up my allergies/sinuses are somewhat dried up. Kinda like leaving the window open to the salt sea air. I seem to sleep better because I do not have to breath thru my mouth when my nose is stuffy. It works great for one room, do not expect it to work throughout the entire house - unless you set up more units.
