There have been numerous questions regarding the legs on the Queen size L300. I knew I was going to have issues with leg length right off the bat, so I made a point of researching this. There had been some misinformation from the seller suggesting that the two middle legs were fixed and could not be removed...the legs do indeed come 'attached', but they unscrew and are interchangeable with the other four legs. My plan included the cutting of all of the legs, so having the legs off the frame was really important for achieving perfectly clean cuts. Curiously, I found that Walmart (of all places) seems to be the only on-line source for, what appears to be, Lucid's own line of replacement legs...those coming in three other sizes (3 inch, 5 inch and 8.5 inch) and all but the 3 inch still 'in stock' at the time of this review. That being said...My wife and I are thrilled with this bed frame. The frame is heavier than it is stout; and by that I mean, you want to be careful 'where' you grab it when it's time to move it around. The nature of an adjustable frame suggests moving parts, and if all these parts are to move as intended, you don't want to be twisting or torquing them separate of each other. I am 62, and only have memories of being young and strong, but with some planning, I was able to manage this by myself. Ideally, if you're smarter than I am (and most people are) have one or even two of you friends there to help if you're installing a 'Queen'. We're going to enjoy this thing for a while and hopefully give it a another great review in the future as well.
