This coat in regular sizes runs small. In plus sizes, it runs big. This caused me to buy and return this coat three times. First of all, it is confusing that there is a XXL and a 2X. I am a size 18, and I bought the XXL 1st. The XXL fit beautifully on my arms and in length, but the coat wouldn’t come together at the zipper. (I wear varying sizes 16/18/20 at lane Bryant and typically can wear any XXL. So I decided if it runs very small, and the XXL and 2x are probably the same, that a 3x would do? Wrong. The 3x was enormous on me at my size 18. I returned it and got 2x, which I am wearing now as I type this review. It is definitely big and kind of bulky looking because of its size. Like, I could probably cross my arms and zip this coat around me. Which is the last thing a plus size woman wants. So, I have ordered the 1x and I finally believe that this will fit. With that being said, I would never have gone through this trouble if the coat wasn’t absolutely beautiful. I love the pockets, I love the zipper, the hood... the pockets are deep and can easily fit my phone and keys etc and are soft inside. The coat is very warm, and a flattering length. Fingers crossed that my 1x fits well. I will update. I hope that the seller isn’t upset that I have had to buy/return so much... but it’s worth it for a good fit in a nice coat! Again, regular sizes run small. Plus sizes run large!
