This was so helpful! Keeps your foot stretched as much as you want it too. I recommend atleast 90 degrees. Start with using in 30 min increments and work your way up, your foot will thank you! I stand on my feet 9 hrs daily and I can feel the improvement! The splint lets your foot relax, good for use of either Left or Right foot. The extra items are a good perk!! I don’t use the spike ball because it is a little painful but the heel cushions are amazing for giving me arch support (see picture for placement) Brace is bulky but can’t really expect anything smaller because it is so effective. Comes with a cushion which keeps the brace as comfy as possible. Most likely won’t fit feet under a size 7 however.. Velcro is amazingly sticky. Would recommend more than foot sleeves/socks for plantar fasciitis. I would pick this contraption over painful Dr. Sholz inserts any day. Happy with my purchase!!!
