Best I've ever tried. Isn't like sand/sugar crystals. This is more like powdered sugar, and it mixes better. Update 8/31/18: I have to add something that I noticed. The scoop is too small to give 5 full grams of product consistently. I have done several measurements and only if I really pack the scoop (rounded too), do I get 5 grams. This is going to be a problem for most folks who only scrape some into a level scoop and consume. So, be aware of this. It's for this point alone that I deduct a star. Otherwise, it is a great product and would buy again. I do have to wonder if the number of servings will remain 200 given this new information...... Update 1/21/19: Bought a new jar and the scoop it came with is even smaller than the long-handled purple one my first tub came with. When I measured a level scoop (zeroed the empty scoop first), the product weighed 2 grams. I now use a 10cc scoop and fill it about 3/4 full to get a solid 5 grams.
