HONEST REVIEW I work from home and have been using the Bose Quietcomfort 15 headphones for about 3 years. As a result the Earpads have seen a lot of wear so I looked into getting a near pair. Bose offers their own replacement kit for about $30 but I decided to take a gamble and go with this alternative. So far it is more than worth it. They feel brand new and it adds the firmness that you get when you first purchase the headphones. PROS -Same Audio Quality -Comfortable -Same Size -Affordable CONS -Does not come with instructions -May need to break in new pads. -Does not come with instructions -A little difficult to Install -DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS INSTUCTIONS -Pull out ALL of the fabric and padding on both sides (including the glued down piece protecting the mechanics) -Remove the Tissue Tape on your new fabric peices. (be careful not to pull the whole adhesive off... speaking from experience) -You will notice that on both fabric pieces there is a divot. One for the left and one for the right. -Now take a headphone pad and align it up with the inside of the headphone. -There are tiny teeth along the inside of the headphones that, with your thumb, you can lock the earpads in.
