I bought this for my dad in August 2015 because he began a decline into the world of Alzheimer's. His memory was not the only issue, his temper was short and he just wasn't functioning well. My dad always had a positive frame of mind, but that mind was in a sharp decline. After being on 1 tsp daily (warm tea in the morning), a gradual shift began to occur. With every phone call, I noticed a difference in his attitude. What amazed me more than anything was his sharp recall of things he did as a child and when he worked as a Morris Code translator. He spoke of his father, his siblings, and friends he had in high school. My brother and mother both noticed his change. My mother said my dad is calm and speaks about things they used to do when they were younger. They are in their 80s. Life is good. This stuff is truly amazing.
