Not a kiddie set: a good set.
Have no fear: it is not just a kiddie toy. I grew up with a fancy croquet set at my grandparent's house. I worried that since I wasn't willing to shell out $200+, I'd be stuck with a kid's toy. Not so; this set is fine. It's one of those things I'd never care about in a million years if I hadn't read Amazon reviews of croquet sets. Mallets are tall. Materials fine. Colored stripes on everything were fine, not peeling off. Buy with confidence.
