Stuff happens. Even to a careful guy like me. I dropped my almost-new iPhone XR when I took it out of my backpack while getting out of my car. (Insert foul language here.) It landed on its edge, bounced around a few times, and ended up face down (of course) on the asphalt. (More unprintable words.) And man was I in a lousy mood when I saw these cracks! I sat down, held my breath, and gently pulled off the screen protector. Voila! The Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector not only saved me from an expensive screen repair/replacement, it also saved me from having to explain to my wife why I'm not more careful with my expensive toys. I doubt that a thin film flexible protector would have held up as well. And since I had a 2-pack, there was a handy replacement waiting for me when I got home (replacement screen protector not replacement wife). By the way, I also have a Spigen Neo Hybrid case which worked like a charm.
