Sections not equal, however they are all cold!
So far this is the "Coldest" gel pack I own and works well after my knee replacement surgery! I have also use it across my back. I noticed that the 3 sections are not equally filled. However, I can't tell when on my back or leg that a section is not as cold. I would have preferred the sections to feel the same amount of fullness. But, since they seem to work well I give this a 5 star.
