So far I have no complaints about this couch except for the cheap quality of the pillows that came with it. I wanted a nice sectional for my living room, to finally replace my worn-out couch from Slumberland, and wanted something that would be sturdier, and hold up to my kids, aged 8 and 16. I also really loved the blue color of this, I am tired of drab black, beige and grey, needed a change. Anyways, I read the reviews about the size and firmness of this, and wanting something firmer, I got brave enough to order it. I also ordered a product warranty, because well, with furniture, you never know. First things first, definitely strange having this delivered in boxes, like other reviewers commented, I've never had to "assemble" a large furniture item like a couch before. It struck me as odd, and I had great concerns what the quality would be like coming out of boxes, but I bravely tackled the assembly with my husband, nonetheless. Quality is not the best, this is certainly not no $2k Ashley furniture sectional, but it is also not the cheapest sectional I could imagine for the price. The pieces were fairly easy to assemble, despite the somewhat unclear instructions, common sense took over and we got the hang of it. I like how the pieces easily "hook" together, to allow you to change the layout of the sectional at any time. Few sectionals are able to be changed from left, to right hand. Lastly, I like the stiffness of the cushions personally. Some people want a softer, cushy couch, then this is NOT for you. I myself, wanted something that feels sturdier, so it would hold up to time. I have had a number of couches that literally fall apart because of "soft" cushions. They break down and get smashed over time, and never last more than 3-4 years, tops. With this one, it instantly felt firm, yet bouncy and springy, and plenty of support in the back area as well. I actually feel like I may get 5 years out of this, maybe even more! And for the cost, that is perfect. You can't go wrong with an optional Amazon furniture warranty for the price, that way if it breaks down from normal wear and tear, or the hardware doesn't hold up, etc., you can get it repaired or replaced. Total bargain! Overall, I am actually 100% please with this. As of this review, we have already had the sectional for about a month, and I am still in love with it!
