These pictures were taken about two months apart. I used it to kickstart my fitness journey and help me gain confidence to go back to the gym. I don’t use it as often now but it was worth every single penny in my opinion. First picture was taken by my boyfriend and the second was a mirror picture while trying on bathing suits. It was the first time I could actually SEE results. Between the time these two pictures were taken I did not use any other exercise method other than this weighted hoola hoop
