Spent a lot of money on pillows trying to find one that works with no good results until this pillow. I have herniated discs & have had cervical spine surgery. I wake up all night with neck pain & numbness in my arms but since I purchased this pillow I sleep all night & wake up in the morning with no issues. I'm not making any medical claims other than this pillow works for me! Give it a try, what do you have to loose except maybe some discomfort. Update- it's been 1 month that I've been sleeping on this pillow and if I could give it more stars I would. Have not had 1 single headache or experienced any numbness. So I feel confident saying it's the pillow that making the difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
