It comes in a beautiful box that is definitely wrapped with care. The stones are perfect and I love the insert that comes with it. The only thing I didn’t like was the tip of the chakra pendant was broken but other than that it’s absolutely beautiful. I’m sure even with all the love and care they took to package this and protect each stone they still had a little room to move around and that’s how it got chipped. I’m not too worried about it because part of the bottom stone is still there it’s just a little jagged so I might see if I can file it down a little bit without breaking it. I don’t see where I can order another one separate so I’ll just have to deal with it I guess. Other then that small this everything else is perfect and I love it. I’ll definitely be ordering more from this company. I already have another set in my shopping cart ready to order soon lol. **Update** Today Out if nowhere received a beautiful chakra pendant along with a sweet letter to replace the one that was broken. ❤️ I think this was so sweet of the company to do that. It just goes to show how they go above and beyond for their customers. I’m very touched by this sweet gift. Thank you so much. I’m definitely a permanent customer and will be recommending this product to my clients. I already use my stones durning Massage and my clients love them. If there is any way I can receive some business cards or some sort of product advertisement I can put that up in my spa for my clients I would appreciate very much. Thank you again for everything.
