i was truly surprised by how much power washing was available from such a compact machine. I had never used one before and was quite impressed by how easily it cleaned a large amount of mold from the north side of the house. I figured that would be the real test. I just can't say enough about its effectiveness. Now because it is so light, it is easy to move the machine around, but the lightness also caused it to move a little awkwardly when pulling on the powerwash hose. I think that may get better when the pressure 099hose gets broken in more. Being new, it's quite springy and a little less cooperative. If not for that I would given maneuverability 5 stars as well. One last note: If you have a two story you are going to need an extension kit to do a thorough job. I have included a picture of the deck surface I did. It was weather stained nearly black with age and dirt. Now it is read for a coating of a semitransparent waterproofing stain!
