Great quality video, even when using wireless setup. iPhone app works well. The built in speaker is not that loud at all. It does have an external audio jack, so I connected a pair of old computer speakers to it, and the sound is great. I use this to monitor my dog, listen in, and talk to her remotely with the app. Hasn't failed yet. Haven't had to restart it. If you're going to use the wireless setup, the best and easiest method is to first attach it to your router with a network cable to do the setup and configure the wireless feature. Trying to configure it via wireless only is confusing and troublesome. Trust me, connect it to your router first, then follow the directions to configure the camera. It will give you the option to configure it for wireless mode. This method saves so much time and hassle. I will be buying another one of these cameras. Highly recommend.
