This newest flavor is part of the dessert series. It has a mild sweetness. Peanutbutter Banana Cupcake is sweeter and this new flavor is way less sweeter than Banana Maple Muffin. There are lots of freeze dried strawberries once you shake it to redistribute them. The strawberries have an initial crunch then quickly dissolve, leaving sweetness of the strawberry. I preferred the protein blended. It has a smooth, light sweet blend of PB & Strawberry. I typically blend a handful of spinach in my shakes. The sweetness was not overpowered by my spinach. This is a great addition to the Tru Supplement family! This one will be a new favorite for me!
