I love this Vibe machine! What's not to love? It gives a great vibration & you can use it at any speed from 0 to 99----99 gives a good steady vibration---the lower the number, the more your body shakes. It has a wide platform which allows enough space for doing various exercises on it. I also like that its only five inches high & not too heavy so you can easily move it & it's low height allows it to be easily stored under the bed. It's easy to control with the handy remote. It's also a lovely blue color. The included stretch bands are a nice xtra. I like the 15 min program it has & afteward I feel energized & refreshed I'd be remiss if I didn't compliment the awesome customer service. If you have any problems or need info, they get right back to you, take care of the problem & keep checking to make certain that you are completely satisfied. Not many companies are that caring or efficient and it is appreciated. After your purchase, you can go to their web site & find lots of videos showing various exercises & stretches that you can do using the vibe machine & the stretch bands. If you purchase their sliders, there are videos that show exercises & stretches using them. All in all, I'm quite happy with my purchase.
