Best heavy bag I have ever bought. The RDX Brand is really upping their game here. They included a set of gloves and Mexican Style Wraps, all the equipment to mount the bag and of course the hand strengthener. This Heavy Bag has seen continued daily use, about 2 hours a day, since January and it is not showing any wear. I got the filled one, and it is very fun to use. I have recommended this to all of my friends who are interested and would recommend this to anyone that asked. The one thing I did not like, is the wall hanger. It has to be near a door which makes it hard to place and still use the door. I got around this by using the ceiling mount, so to me this is really not a big deal.
