This stuff is amazing! I am a fairly anxious person who tends to stress over every little thing and I find that this product takes the edge off. I can easily spend weeks at a time stressing over a trivial thing and lose a substantial amount of sleep by tossing and turning or just have that constant anxiety feeling but all I have to take is just 1 of these and I sleep the night away. I also find that it extends into the day and I don't get as stressed with normal daily activities which having a preschooler and toddler can be a bit unnerving some days. I had bought 1 bottle of this and loved it so much but when I ran out I wanted to see the difference so I waited several weeks before ordering again and all that anxiety and lack of sleeping came rushing back so I ordered my second bottle and have been doing great again. UPDATE: Still in love with this stuff and will be purchasing a 3rd bottle shortly. I cannot believe the quality of sleep I get while using this. I don't even want to try a different brand because this stuff is consistent and helps night after night.
