Look at you, hesitating on clicking that Buy Now button to scrolling through the reviews for something as mundane and necessary as a simple air filter. Probably expecting to find some sage wisdom or lofty praise to differentiate this from the plethora of manufacturers. Well, I'm not here to let you down. Buy it. Don't finish reading this review. Just buy it. This thing is awesome. I've used all kinds of filters, from cheap bargain bin junk to Fram ones to dealer supplied Nissan filters. The Spearhead filter outperforms them all. As soon as you pull it out of the box, you can tell the difference in the weight between cheaper inferior products. You may not be able to visually notice much of a variance, but you will certainly be refreshed by the distinct lack of any funky scents, courtesy of the infused charcoal. If only the manufacturer could convince Nissan to change the location/accessibility of the filter in the Altimas - such a pain to swap out.
