For the money, this is a great piece of training equipment, especially if you do not have a convenient place to hag a heavy bag. First thing's first... most people fill this with water, because it is far easier than sand. That's a mistake. It will fit nicely in the bag base bunghole (yes, I said bunghole, calm down). Get 6 50-pound bags of play sand, scoop it into the funnel, and use a hose to wash the sand down into the bag base. Do this 20-30 times and then tip the bag over to drain the water out. Repeat until all 300 lbs of sand are in the bag base. It will take an hour, easily, but VERY worth it. Once done, you will have to tip the bag on its edge (not side) and roll it where you need to. This will make for a rock-solid bag that you can kick and punch the crap out of, and the thing will not move much at all, unless you have slick floors. Place a thin foam mat under it, and it's going nowhere, unless you are Joe Rogan. Ya seen that guy's kicks?
