Tastes Great and Yes it has miniscule amounts of preservative
Im writing this review to encourage the company to NOT CHANGE THE FORMULA to accommodate the all natural food Nazis out there. By the nature of this product preservatives are warranted because so little is used. I like fresh product over time rather than degraded "all natural" products. There are dozens of other liquid monk fruit/stevia products out there that you better refrigerate and use quickly that have zero preservatives. This formula tastes perfect without erythritol which is impressive. This product has really helped me reverse my pre-diabetes.
