I knew I had to buy a new mattress, but I hate shopping at furniture and mattress dealers. The salespeople are so pushy, and all I wanted was to find a nice sleep. After reviewing this seller's feedback and the reviews about this mattress, I decided to go for it. Before I bought, I did contact the seller to ask a few questions. I received an immediate reply, even though it was late evening. He was courteous and informative. He also didn't try to oversell me. I ordered this on February 11 and it's already here, set up and ready for me to sleep on tonight. It was somewhat unwieldy getting it up the stairs in our 1 1/2 story, turn of the century home but once there, the rest was simple. We laid it on the spring and removed the outer wrapper. Next was cutting open the inner wrapper. As soon as the first opening was made you could hear and see the mattress starting to expand. It was fully expanded in less than 30 minutes. Comfort, so far I haven't slept on it, but I laid down on it after it was expanded. There's a soft upper layer that conforms to your body and then a firmer second layer that supports you. My low back and neck are both seriously messed up. After hauling this upstairs and setting it up they were screaming. But a few minutes laying on this beauty and I could easily have fallen asleep immediately. I'll update tomorrow with word of my first night's sleep on the mattress. Update after night one I have had a wonderful day. I went to bed last night about an hour early because it was such a long day. I laid down, closed my eyes, I was gone. I can't believe it was so easy to get comfortable and fall asleep. By the way, this is an excellent mattress for couples because there's none of the bounce you get with spring mattresses, so when he turns over you'll still be laying quietly. Somewhere around 4 in the morning I woke up, looked at the clock, turned over and I was back to sleep in no time. I woke up about my normal morning time on my own with no backache and so rested the rest of my hectic day seemed simple. Even now I'm feeling little pain in my back or neck. I tell you this bed is truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'll try to give you an update at the end of the week. ONE WEEK LATER This bed might just be too comfortable. I never want to get out of it. I've slept better this past week than I have in many months. As soon as you lay down, the mattress conforms to your body. Then move or get up and within seconds it springs back to normal.
