So many reviews about this being “too hydrating” or not removing makeup....it’s a hydrating cleanser! It’s not a makeup remover. There is literally nothing on the bottle that says it removes makeup. And if it’s too hydrating for you, it’s probably because you DONT HAVE DRY SKIN TO BEGIN WITH. You gotta know what YOUR skin needs. A person with oily skin shouldn’t use products made for people with dry skin and vice versa. This cleanser is fantastic for me, but that’s because I have dry skin. I find that it cleans just as well as any other cleanser. The consistency is like thin lotion, which takes some getting used to but my skin loves it. I follow up with an alcohol free toner and lightweight hyaluronic acid moisturizer. My skin is so happy. I haven’t had a single breakout since I started using it and my winter eczema cleared up. Definitely recommend.
