I ordered the XL pet stairs for my two small dogs and they love it! Our bed is high and the stairs greatly assists the dogs up and down without any trouble or worry. The steps arrived in a large box, with a smaller box inside containing the stairs; excellent packaging and the shipment arrived quickly. Two of the foam blocks had to be zippered into the material to complete the steps. It was a very easy process to complete. I've attached photos of our two dogs, 11 pounds and 28 pounds, who use the stairs. Like most people, I find photos can be of great assistance in the decision making process. Therefore, thanks to all who attach pics with their reviews and I hope this review helps others in their decision making process! Very happy with this purchase.
