My only go to multivitamin, plus I use 4 other of this brands vitamins for the rest of ny family. I was deficient in everything known to man kind...to the point were my doctor was very concerned. I'm a healthy eater, but that was not doing the job. I tried cheaper vitamins, had blood work taken and my numbers barely moved. Started taking these twice a day, and after a month all my numbers were above what the doctor was expecting.
