most people dont know the difference between rating a product, and a seller/shipper.
im picky about noise (causes stress), and i want to be able to use the room for gaming and needed a quiet unit so my team wont complain (audio chat).
so far this is the best unit after i looked at 10 known brands and some i found after doing a search,
and this will be one of the quieter units (portable), and energy drawn is on the higher side (found some 10000 units that used a bit less), but its efficiency rating is as good, so cooling scales with others that sell 10/12K BTU units.
