So I bought this because I drive a school bus. I loved it but... I have seversl Pros but I do have 1 Con that caused me to return it. Pros: *Very soft and comfy. *Has several multi controls *Has several types of massages *Has the lumbar support. *3 different heat options. *Remote control *Pouch to hold remote. Cons: *The back portion is too short which puts the THICK cushy portion for the neck right at my shoulders which causes me to tilt forward and defeats the purpose. I posted a picture to show how high the back portion is so if you have an average or tall torso then you will have the same problem. I sat on a solid seat and had a tape measure to measure from the seat to the base of my neck. It is 25 inches and I'm only 5'5". The neck pad starts at 19" sooooo you must have a short torso. My search continues for another one. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars because other than that it really is an awesome product. Just really bummed that it is too short.
