Wow, just wow. I’ve never written a review before, but I just wanted to get the word out in case anyone is on the fence on buying this because of the price, and also…it’s mushrooms, (and not the fun kind) so what could REALLY happen? Well let me tell you, I’m a week in, and I am actually noticing a difference in my brain fog, mental clarity and energy levels. For years, honestly as long as I can remember, I’ve always operated with some sort of misty brain. Brain fog is literally the only way to describe this. I’m sure I’m not alone. I feel like I can’t experience emotions or events the way I should, and am never fully in the moment. I would also like to preface this by saying I have an adderall prescription, and even on adderall I’m still not fully, mentally there. The brain fog is just a constant. Day one, I noticed maybe a slight difference. Thought it was in my head. The next day, I felt a little more, but had also taken my adderall. By day 3, I was a little more sure of these differences. I’m a week into taking 3 capsules a day, and have not taken adderall all week, and couldn’t be happier with the results. It is so strange to just feel awake and present in my body. I’ve been feeling pretty down, and borderline depressed this past year, and my mood has been completely uplifted. I’m very excited to have found this product and to be having such a positive reaction. Also, I’ve been sick with bronchitis for the past week I’ve been taking this, and to still be feeling these positive mental change while sick, makes me excited to see what differences I’ll see the longer I take this and while healthy. I’m not going to kid myself into thinking it’s an adderall replacement, as another commenter said. It’s not. But I can definitely see my need for adderall being less often with this veil that’s been lifted off of me. A little pricey, but worth every penny.
