I originally ordered a size medium armband. When it arrived, it was too small, but I was not going to make any sort of complaint, because it was my own fault since I'd purposely ordered on the smaller side hoping to avoid it stretching out as I sweat and it was in the sun. A day or so after my armband arrived, I received an email from Nate at E Tronic Edge, asking if the size I had ordered was what I needed. I explained my problem and he immediately offered to send me the correct, no questions asked and no charge! He said his company prides itself on customer satisfaction, and I want you to know that I have no doubt this is the case with the great service I've received! I of course received a follow up email asking if the second armband was the correct size and hoping I was happy with the product. I'd definitely order from this company without hesitation again!
