I've come back to this seller several times to purchase blinds. Multiple reasons: 1.) The Hatteras Camel provides the most privacy and light blocking I've been able to find in a bamboo shade. 2.) The customer service is great - they actually call you to confirm how it will be mounted and the dimensions to make sure it fits! 3.) The width of these blinds can be custom trimmed a bit if you can't find an exact fit. 4.) The camel-brown color is beautiful. Close-up photo is accurate. Downsides: 1.) The only thing about the blinds I'm not a huge fan of is the top. There are little rectangular pieces that velcro onto the left and right sides of the blinds to hide the hardware at the top. It's a nice concept, but they don't align perfectly with the front flap, so it can look a little hacked or sloppy. That said, it's a tiny detail I hardly ever notice and not enough to detract a star! 2.) Shipping takes longer on these (a couple weeks maybe), but that's just because of their custom-cutting process and the time it takes to call and confirm dimensions. Worth the wait!
