Great product!
This is my third brand of Magnesium Threonate and definitely the best. I am 64, still working. My job is very stressful and mentally and physically demanding. I observe better memory, much more mental and physical endurance. I highly recommend this product and I hope it will do the same for you (I take one in the morning and two in the evening). PS. I almost never write reviews.
