FIVE STARS ON PRODUCT AND FIVE STARS ON SERVICE! Like millions of Americans I frequently order from Amazon and it's highly unusual that I'm inspired enough due to extraordinary quality and/or service. When I opened the box I discovered a heavy paper with a full page letter saying thank you for my purchase and the flipside containing well written instructions for care. How refreshing when most products include detailed instructions with exceptionally small font to fit on paper the size of half of a playing card. The toiletry bag was covered with an attractive cloth bag that included a large logo on top. Classy detail. The bag didn't disappoint; a well stitched soft leather product with heavy duty zippers. I highly recommend this product especially for gifts. I would suggest treating the outside with a good waterproofing product. IMPORTANT UPDATE My review was for the bag I received from ordering via this product site, however, I now have proof that my bag is not the same bag as the one shown on this site. I discovered this by attempting to order a 2nd bag for my son's birthday using the "Buy Again" button on my product order page. The bag arrived the next day and we immediately realized it was NOT identical to mine. We processed a Return/Refund request then ordered a 2nd time using the regular purchase process on the product site. The next day we received a bag that was different from the other two bags (see photos). We processed a 2nd Return/Refund ticket but did not order a 3rd time until we did further research. After my son closely examined my bag he realized what happened. My bag was stamped on the lower side "KOMALC". When he did an Amazon search for that name he found the site that offered the bag I received for about $5 more. DISCLAIMER - I'm not sure what happened but the difference in quality and service were obvious. Neither of the other bags included a cloth bag withe logo nor was there a letter of thanks or care instructions. We did order a bag on the new site we discovered and 2 days later a bag arrived that was identical to mine. I stand behind my original review of the bag I received but I'm only correcting the perception I gave on a bag I received. I am not affiliated with KOMALC or any of its affiliates and I am not receiving any remuneration or other incentives of any kind. My only hope is this correction helps in your decision.
