I've owned this incubator a little over two months. The first one was received damaged. They promptly sent me another one. Everything went well with the first hatch but now the auto turner has stopped working. Not such a good investment after all.
EDIT: My fault...after doing a little more research I found that just disconnecting the power will not return original settings. I manually reset the days to hatch and the turner appears to be now working. Happy customer!
