As others have said, the twin flame has a spark problem. Mine would light maybe one in ten tries. the problem (and you can see if yours does this) is that the electrode is not bent far enough down and instead of jumping to the other side, arcs backwards and away from the flame. The solution is incredibly easy. Just use something hard to bend the electrode a TINY bit inwards towards the opposite wall. I did this and mine lights every single time without fail now.
